This skirt for me screams kick ass lawyer or principle that wants to dress in the appropriate silhouette because shes a working professional but has a cheetalicious side and wants her colleagues to know. I can also see it being worn by a LES girl to an art event of sorts. This is a vintage Dolce skirt with delicious velvet giving the print this oh so subtle textured effect.
