Jean Paul Gaultier spring '00 ready to wear wrap top. This top was the first to walk the runway in the spring 2000 ready to wear show. Gaultier who is  widely known for his mesh tops (and his incredible work at Hermes) is one of the most iconic designers of our generation. Owning an archival mesh top designed by Mr Gaultier himself is owning a piece of history.

Size M, fits anywhere from XS-L because of its iconic stretch.

PS:

Something I personally love about Gaultier mesh is that its so easy to travel with, so light, so durable and most importantly takes up the littlest of space.

I chose to style this with a pearl necklace Miss Hannigan style, silk printed Le Coyotes de Paris trousers, A vintage Fendi croissant bag, and vintage Sonia Rykiel heels.

I wanted to keep the the accessories in the neutral family to really play up and show absolute contrast between the patterns of the infamous gaultier mesh tops and silk trousers.
